Changes to school dinner payments - September 2019

School Dinners

There will be some changes to the way payments for school dinners are made. As from Monday 30th September the expectation will be that all school dinners (unless free school meals) will need to be paid for in advance.

As you may be aware, finances have been cut for all schools and therefore we are no longer able to carry debt as a school or provide school lunches on loan. Unless you have paid for your child’s school dinner upfront (this can be on the same morning), you will be expected to send your child in with a packed lunch from home. If no packed lunch is provided, then your child won’t have a meal at school and in certain circumstances we will have to refer this matter to children’s services. Any outstanding dinner monies on your child’s account needs to be paid by Friday 27th September 3pm.

As a reminder school dinners cost £2.40 per day or £12.00 per week. Payments where possible, should be made online via Scopay www.scopay.com. You can contact the school office to request a registration letter if you haven’t already got an online account for your child.

***All payments and bookings can now be made with ParentMail. We are no longer using SCOPAY.***Wednesday 4th December, join us at 2pm for a Q&A session about our Behaviour Policy. This will be an opportunity to meet Mr Jordan, our new Acting Headteacher from January.***All of our upcoming events can be found in our Calendar and Latest News section.***
